We went to the Leisure Center to just look around. We were so impressed with the staff and product that we ended up buying our new spa from them. The delivery went great. The team went above and beyond delivering and setting up our new spa. They answered all my questions and even offered to come out once we fill it up to show us how to use the spa and to mix the chemicals. We will never use another dealer.

Conner and his fantastic team from The Leisure Center, San Angelo, delivered to Brownwood and set up our new Artesian Piper Glen Hot Tub. This tub replaces an Artesian Dove Canyon that served us well for over a decade. Artesian has some great hot tubs and The Leisure Center has great people to do business with. No need to shop the big city when you can get small town service and care this good!

I had been in the market for a new Artesian Pelican Bay hot tub, already owning a smaller model and being very satisfied with it. After speaking with 4–5 dealers, I noticed pricing varied significantly—some even refused to provide quotes unless I visited in person or sat through a sales pitch. Since I already knew exactly what make and model I wanted, that approach didn’t appeal to me. I reached out to The Leisure Center Pool & Spa Shoppe using their online contact form, unsure if they’d be willing to deliver to Austin. To my surprise, Conner texted me the next day with detailed pricing and options. Initially, I was cautious due to how much lower their quote was compared to local dealers—but after reading their Google reviews, I felt confident moving forward. They originally quoted a delivery timeline of 2–3 weeks after placing the deposit, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call just 8 days later that they had received the tub and to asking if they could deliver it tomorrow! Surprise and delight! Conner handled all the logistics seamlessly. His team left at 5:00 a.m., drove over 3 hours, and arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m. The delivery crew was outstanding. The Pelican Bay is a large tub, and fitting it under the patio wasn’t easy, but the team came fully prepared—with the right tools, dollies, and even airbags—and had it in place within a few hours. When we discovered that a neutral line was needed, they trimmed and adapted the excess wiring. They even removed a ceiling fan that blocked the spa cover from opening—all without hesitation. They truly went above and beyond. This experience was a stark contrast to my last purchase, where the dealer wouldn’t handle setup or electrical work, and I had to coordinate multiple appointments with electrician and the dealer just to get the spa operational. With The Leisure Center, the entire process was simple and efficient: pay the deposit, they deliver, install, fill, start up the spa, and then collect the final payment. Conner even followed up later that evening to make sure everything was working perfectly. Don’t let their location be a deterrent from reaching out. We coordinated everything via text, photos, videos, and just two phone calls. It was incredibly convenient and efficient—no back-and-forth negotiations, no pressure tactics, no endless follow-ups. Conner gave me a fair, upfront price, and that was it. Thank you to Conner, Tucker and the whole delivery team and everyone behind the scenes! When I’m ready to upgrade to a swim spa, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I never have to worry if he is going to show up because he is always here when he says he’s going to be here. Always a positive experience! We purchased a home with a pool a couple of years ago. We had no knowledge of pool systems or upkeep. Conner has patiently educated us, helped us switch to a salt system, and does an excellent job of keeping the water clear. We love the salt system! The water feels amazing. They also helped us pick out a new hot tub. They were very informative. We picked one that has the MicroSilk system, and love it! Your skin feels rejuvenated afterwards.
